Subscription cancellation

If you are not satisfied with QPoint or if you don’t need our services, you can cancel the subscription plan at any time through your account page, or by contacting us. This will stop your subscription charges from occurring to your credit card. If you missed that date, we can refund your payment within three days of your cancellation.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Sign in to QPoint
2. Click your username in upper-right corner
3. Choose Account in dropdown box
4. In Membership section choose Cancel subscription
