QPoint is a web based software tool for creating online forms, collect responses and analyze data, developed by the company Q-Bit d.o.o. ("QPoint“, "we“ or "us“). QPoint cares about your privacy and are obliged to protect the data you share with us with this Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy will explain what information we collect, how we use information we collect, updating your information, information about security, specific needs of your information, notifying changes and other privacy and security particularities. This privacy statement also applies if you’re invited as a team member by your employer or other party.

Our Privacy policy includes all information we collect through QPoint website and application.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practice of collecting and using information through our application and to make sure your data is secure with us. QPoint is committed to use your data in compliance with the laws, codes, regulations and requirements to protect your rights, security and integrity of personal information.

We respect your right to privacy and we will not share private information about you with third parties without your consent.

Informations

Information we collect

To sign up for our app you need to complete registration with some of your personal information. Sign up form collects your full name, contact information (email address) and password to secure your application access. Your password is securely encrypted with one-way encryption without the possibility of decryption. For payments we ask you to provide additional information: country, address, VAT (for companies), and credit card details.

If you’re a Visitor of the QPoint Survey website we automatically collect the following data: IP Address, Device Type, Browser Type, Operating System, Location.

Other types of data we automatically collect:

  • How many times you have logged into QPoint Survey

  • User lists you have created

  • We automatically track certain information about your behavior on our website such as pages you visited, from which page you came from and to which page are you going to.

  • We use Cookies which assist us in providing better services to you. They are small files which are placed on your hard drive and serve the purpose of automatically collecting information about your experience on our website and application.

  • We use data collection tools such as Google Analytics and FullStory, which help us analyze user experience and marketing efforts so we can customize it based on your needs.

  • Information from third parties and integration partners. We collect your personal information or data from third parties if you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.

Device and browser data

We collect information from the device and application you use to access our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type. We use this data internally to improve your user experience, and it’s not shared or available to any third parties. We also collect your location information to better cater to your customer support needs depending on your time zone.

Collected information from signup and payment forms may be used to help us provide, improve and promote our services and improve your online experience. We can use your input to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with our service that you point out to us, so we can maximize your user experience. Also, we may use your informations to communicate with you about products and promotions, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you. You can at any time unsubscribe from our newsletter.

For example, we collect your IP address to make sure no unauthorized access to your account is possible. Any of your personal data we collect will not be shared to any third party, and is securely encrypted on our site.

The following below are cases where we disclose your information to help us offer you QPoint Survey services:

  • We share your information with selected and trusted third party tools such as Google Analytics, UserEngage, FullStory and Braintree all of which help us offer our services.

  • When you invite team members on your QPoint Survey account, we may share personal information such as name and email address used to sign up as well as the last four digits of the card if invited team members ask us to.

  • We may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies and where it is required by court order, legal process and we may disclose your information to our legal counsel.

How your information will be stored

Information will be safely stored on Microsoft Azure servers which are maintained by QPoint. Credit card details are managed by third party Braintree, a PayPal company which has proven and secure customer security and privacy policies in effect.

Modifying and deleting your information

At your request and at any given time, you can contact QPoint Survey to request and delete any information we retained about you.

We allow you to change your informations by yourself in Settings/My profile.

Information you collect

Data you collect through your surveys is owned by you. QPoint treats your forms like they are private (this means that no other QPoint user is able to see your form or results). Your surveys are available through link when you publish them. We don’t sell your forms or use your links for any purpose.

Data you export from QPoint is at your own choice, QPoint doesn't take any responsibility if you share it to a third party.

Your form data is saved as long as you have an account with us.

You can also delete your form data at any time.

Remember that when you share information publicly, it can be indexable by search engines. Our services provide you with different options on sharing and deleting your content but we cannot delete content from search engines so you need to be careful about information you make public.

Contact List information

We allow you to import email addresses into your personal Contact List so you can easily invite people to take your surveys or fill in your form via email. We don’t use these email addresses for our own purposes, we don’t contact people from your Contact List or share their email information with third parties.

Respondents

If you are the one who completes the form, you should know that if you have questions about the form you are taking, you have to ask the form creator. We save your research and answers, but creators are the ones that are owners of the data collected with their form, and responsible about how they use it.

If the respondent is anonymous or not, depends on the form creator and his decision to add questions to collect your private information (name, age, email address and similar). QPoint does not sell or share data with third parties, but creators can do that. If you are a Respondent, you will need to ask the Creator how long your responses will be stored in QPoint service.

We do not track your form neither through FullStory, nor Google Analytics. We collect information only about IP address and browser details of your respondents. You can disable collecting this informations in Form settings.

Third-party websites and social media

We can use certain third parties (for example, providers of customer support) to help us provide, improve and promote our services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks considering our privacy policy and we are responsible for their handling of your information.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to that website.

Our app includes social media features, such as Facebook Like button. These websites may collect information about your IP address, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Any information or material you submit via social media is your own choice and responsibility, so it’s advisable that you familiarize yourself with that service’s Privacy Policy.

First party cookies – which are set by QPoint Survey and can only be read by us.

Session Cookies – which are stored only temporarily during a browsing session.

  • Fs_uid - We use FullStory, a session replay and Conversion Optimization Tool which helps us identify issues on our website or application from your point of view and debug the same issues.

  • _ueuuid - We use a third-party tool called UserEngage to provide customer support. This is a session cookie used to improve our product.

When you enter sensitive information such as credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not market QPoint Survey to children under the age of 13 and do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we may have collected information about a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we may delete it.

Your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of information in connection with the Service represents your agreement to this practice. If you do not want your information transferred to or processed or stored in the EU, you should not use the Service. If you are located in the EU, we guarantee that we will only transfer your data to companies that have signed our Data Privacy Agreement or that are registered with the Privacy Shield, to ensure a level of data protection compliant with the GDPR.

Changes

This is our privacy policy and it can be modified from time to time. If we decide to change something in our privacy policy we will notify you before the effective date of the changes, by our website or by sending you an email about changes we want to make. If you do not agree to new privacy policy, you have the ability to close your account at any time.
