QPoint is a web based software tool for creating online forms, collect responses and analyze data, developed by the company Q-Bit d.o.o. ("QPoint“, "we“ or "us“). QPoint cares about your privacy and are obliged to protect the data you share with us with this Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy will explain what information we collect, how we use information we collect, updating your information, information about security, specific needs of your information, notifying changes and other privacy and security particularities. This privacy statement also applies if you’re invited as a team member by your employer or other party.
Our Privacy policy includes all information we collect through QPoint website and application.

To sign up for our app you need to complete registration with some of your personal information. Sign up form collects your full name, contact information (email address) and password to secure your application access. Your password is securely encrypted with one-way encryption without the possibility of decryption. For payments we ask you to provide additional information: country, address, VAT (for companies), and credit card details.
If you’re a Visitor of the QPoint Survey website we automatically collect the following data: IP Address, Device Type, Browser Type, Operating System, Location.

We share your information with selected and trusted third party tools such as Google Analytics, UserEngage, FullStory and Braintree all of which help us offer our services.
When you invite team members on your QPoint Survey account, we may share personal information such as name and email address used to sign up as well as the last four digits of the card if invited team members ask us to.
We may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies and where it is required by court order, legal process and we may disclose your information to our legal counsel.
Information will be safely stored on Microsoft Azure servers which are maintained by QPoint. Credit card details are managed by third party Braintree, a PayPal company which has proven and secure customer security and privacy policies in effect.
At your request and at any given time, you can contact QPoint Survey to request and delete any information we retained about you.
We allow you to change your informations by yourself in Settings/My profile.
Data you collect through your surveys is owned by you. QPoint treats your forms like they are private (this means that no other QPoint user is able to see your form or results). Your surveys are available through link when you publish them. We don’t sell your forms or use your links for any purpose.
Data you export from QPoint is at your own choice, QPoint doesn't take any responsibility if you share it to a third party.
Your form data is saved as long as you have an account with us.
You can also delete your form data at any time.
Remember that when you share information publicly, it can be indexable by search engines. Our services provide you with different options on sharing and deleting your content but we cannot delete content from search engines so you need to be careful about information you make public.
We allow you to import email addresses into your personal Contact List so you can easily invite people to take your surveys or fill in your form via email. We don’t use these email addresses for our own purposes, we don’t contact people from your Contact List or share their email information with third parties.
If you are the one who completes the form, you should know that if you have questions about the form you are taking, you have to ask the form creator. We save your research and answers, but creators are the ones that are owners of the data collected with their form, and responsible about how they use it.
If the respondent is anonymous or not, depends on the form creator and his decision to add questions to collect your private information (name, age, email address and similar). QPoint does not sell or share data with third parties, but creators can do that. If you are a Respondent, you will need to ask the Creator how long your responses will be stored in QPoint service.
We do not track your form neither through FullStory, nor Google Analytics. We collect information only about IP address and browser details of your respondents. You can disable collecting this informations in Form settings.
We can use certain third parties (for example, providers of customer support) to help us provide, improve and promote our services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks considering our privacy policy and we are responsible for their handling of your information.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to that website.
Our app includes social media features, such as Facebook Like button. These websites may collect information about your IP address, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly.
